What we collect

• When you contact or buy from us: your name, email, phone number, company name and the messages you send us. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
• When you call, chat or text with our AI assistant or demo: what you say or type, call transcripts and the booking details you give. The assistant tells you it is an AI at the start. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Please do not share sensitive information such as card numbers.
• On our website: basic technical data such as pages visited and browser type.

How we use it

To answer you, book and manage appointments you request, send the service messages you asked for, sell and support our products, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, such as Twilio (calls and texts), OpenAI (the AI assistant and transcription), Resend (email), Stripe or Square (payments), Google (calendar) and our hosting provider. They may use it only to provide their service to us, or when the law requires.

Mobile information

We will not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except providers that deliver our messages.

Businesses that use our kit

Businesses that install the Palis8d kit run it on their own servers and accounts and control their own customer data. Their customers should read that business's privacy notice.

Keeping and deleting

We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at palis8d@gmail.com. You can opt out of our texts at any time by replying STOP.
